Position Overview: My client is seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating freight forwarding operations. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person communication.
