You will also be required to supervise the pools to the standards outlined in the Pool Lifeguard award. You will have: • A willingness to complete Pool Lifeguard Award – high level of swim competency • A willingness to complete a First Aid award • Previous experience in voluntary work, paid work • Previous experience with leading children’s activities, sports coaching, umpiring • A willingness to undertake training and multi skill and assist in other areas if required.
