6 month secondment Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne CBD locations What you'll do: Design learning solutions including detailed learning objectives, evaluation strategy, organisation of proposed content, plan the look and feel, create/write/curate content, and development of final materials. Management, governance and cyclical review of Insurance learning course catalogue and onboarding pathways. Build and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders, vendors/partners and colleagues to ensure project milestones are achieved. Actively negotiate and positively influence business stakeholders to consider all methods of learning and development amongst other Suncorp cyclical activity and frameworks. Proactively educate and manage stakeholder relationships and expectations and escalate issues and risks as required. Adhere to design assurance standards, actively striving for improvements in efficiency and quality of work Proactively play a role in Suncorp's learning community to build relationships, share knowledge, onboard new colleagues and collaborate Use agreed Suncorp learning methodologies, approaches, tools, and resources when designing learning solutions. Understands how to contribute to team, business and group priorities and drives priorities with a sense of purpose.
