As the Construction Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing construction contracts, mitigating risks, and driving the delivery of renewable energy assets. Key Responsibilities: Manage construction contracts for renewable energy projects, including solar and wind farms. Review, negotiate, and finalize construction contracts, ensuring alignment with project objectives and specifications. Develop and implement service level agreements (SLAs) with contractors and subcontractors to define performance expectations and deliverables. Collaborate with project teams to develop construction schedules, budgets, and procurement plans. Monitor contractor performance and compliance with contractual obligations, specifications, and SLAs. Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure construction activities meet regulatory requirements and industry standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master's degree or professional certification preferred.
