Our Client ASR are proud to be partnering with a award winning, national organisation that specialise in the long-term operation, maintenance, and management of assets and infrastructure. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Administration Assistant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The Role As a key person to the success of the organisation, you will provide administrative support and a high level of customer service to stakeholders including government agencies and tenants. On a daily basis, your specific duties will include but are not limited to: Ensure work is efficiently and effectively allocated, utilising personnel resources to optimum potential Scheduling of trades to ensure the smooth progression and completion on works Order materials as required Communicate effectively with tenants and other key stakeholders, ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered at all times Ensure that full compliance is maintained with all major customer supply contracts Ensure that all sub-contractors comply with or exceed established guidelines Profitably manage expenditure within specified delegation to ensure budgetary compliance Complete data entry in a timely manner Answering phones and take orders Reviewing completed works prior to submission/completion to ensure quality compliance Ensure timely reporting, feedback and communications in accordance with established reporting line About You You will ideally have 2 to 3 years experience working in an administration role within building, construction or maintenance related industries. You will be able think outside the square and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. You will possess the following: Strong administration and scheduling experience Proficient skills in Microsoft Office and/or exposure to other computer systems Self-driven and able to work autonomously and within a team Excellent written and verbal communication with people on all levels High attention to detail You will hold a current drivers licence and be willing to undergo a National Police Check and Working with Children Check The Benefits: You will be rewarded with genuine career development opportunities and an attractive salary package.
