About the role As a key team member, you'll be responsible for coordinating seamless order deliveries and ensuring excellent communication among customers, delivery drivers, and Australian furniture company stores. You'll update customer accounts post-communication, process orders to meet client specifications, and escalate critical issues when necessary. In this dynamic role, you'll engage with customers through various channels including calls, chats, emails, and social media, crafting personalized solutions and delivering exceptional service.
