ABOUT THE ROLE: Reporting to the Ecommerce Operations Team Lead, you will be responsible for the safe and accurate movement of the company’s stock through the Australian Distribution Centre. The role is a permanent Full Time position. and is located in our Silverwater Distribution Centre. Some responsibilities include: ECOMMERCE Assist in managing the day to day operational requirements of the web store Continually monitors the web store processes and procedures to ensure best practice standards are in place Ensure to maintain stock take accountability within the ECOM store WHS L’Occitane endeavors to provide a safe environment for all team members and visitors to the Distribution Centre. Warehouse operatives must comply with all directions relating to WH&S. All employees must take all reasonable steps to ensure the health and safety of or yourself and others. GENERAL WAREHOUSE DUTIES Goods Receiving and put away – check off stock against paperwork and log all stock into system as required Check Batch/Quality issues/Expiry date of products - to ensure FEFO (First Expired First Out) is strictly adhered to Sales order Picking, Packing and dispatching Routine replenishment of pick face locations Pack and gift-wrap orders as required ABOUT YOU Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role preferred. Forklift License would be favourable Current Australian Driver’s License. Some Microsoft Excel experience would be well regarded. Teamwork – Demonstrates effective teamwork skills. Communication – Articulate and confident communicating respectfully. Customer Service – Understands who customers are (internal & external) and seeks to deliver outstanding service and support.
