Comprehensive training provided - Late May to early June commencement 37.5 hours per week Temporary contract until end of October / up to 6 months Hybrid work environment - Work from home 2 days per week Brighter futures start here We are actively looking for customer focused individuals to join our Helpline Team based from Melbourne, Docklands office. As part of the Mercer Helpline team, your mission will be to provide exceptional customer service and general advice to members relating to their superannuation across many of the funds we administer. You'll focus on building strong relationships of trust with members and internal colleagues while achieving KPIs that focus on call quality and customer experience. 2 weeks paid training Rotating roster - Monday to Friday between 7am-8pm.
