Team Leader - Retail — Manoora, Cairns

We are looking for candidates who possess supervisory expertise, excellent communication abilities, a results-oriented approach, and a sincere love for reading that you can share with customers. This is a full-time position with a fixed roster from Tuesday to Saturday, totalling 38-39 hours per week. Your responsibilities Guide and mentor the sales team to consistently meet and exceed established sales targets and KPIs. Lead by example to cultivate a team that is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. Ensure the accuracy of stock levels with guidance from the buying and operations teams. Create an aesthetically pleasing store layout in alignment with merchandising guidelines and promotional directives. Maintain effective communication and collaborative relationships with operations departments and teams. Be an advocate for a unified team culture that prioritises the health, safety, and well-being of both our teams and customers. To be successful in this role you will need: Previous retail experience Neat and tidy presentation with good communication skills Comply with all relevant WHS policies & procedures.
