We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Coordinator to manage all facets of HR Department Duties and Responsibilities: Managing the recruitment, talent acquisition, probations, onboarding and all associated documentation. Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally. Conduct phone screening, and reference checks and coordinate the interview process. Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits. Ensuring confidentiality and accurate record keeping of personnel files, HR documentation, relevant HR systems, policies and procedures. Manage all HR queries internally and externally. Draft employment documents and contracts. Understanding of Awards, FairWork Act and NES etc. Manage adhoc tasks and projects as required by the Management team. Manage performance review process Qualifications and Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s in human resources management or Equivalent Ideally have min. 5 years of HR knowledge and experience with Private Developer/Builder in Australia construction market Exceptional organizational and time management skills, dealing effectively with deadlines and evolving priorities. Commitment to building positive and collaborative relationships. Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel Be a team player, self-motivated and able to work autonomously boarding, ll as collaboratively in a team Strong communication and organizational skills Be driven and want to progress your career. Unrestricted right to work in Australia.
