Hose and Fitting background will be an advantage. Mechanical aptitude in an automotive or industrial industry. Ability to take the lead in delivering sales growth. Strong technical skills and problem solving. Experience in customer service in a retail / trade environment . Ability to engage with people and build good customer rapport.
