Supports include social engagement and community access. The client resides in Coogee which is where supports will take place. About You Minimum 12 months experience in Disability and/or Aged Care. Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Disability, Aged Care, Nursing etc. Knowledge of Behaviour support plans and Restrictive Practices.
