About the Role As Construction Manager, you'll oversee all on-site operations, ensuring alignment with project plans, schedules, and budgets. Reporting to the Project Manager, your role is pivotal in driving the successful execution of this landmark project. The role will initially be based remotely, before mobilizing to site when construction begins later this year. The project is based near the town of Armidale, NSW Key Responsibilities Coordinate with internal teams, EPC Contractor, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Monitor on-site activities, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. Manage project finances, including budget reviews and cost forecasts. Facilitate stakeholder engagement and manage industrial relations. Conduct regular inspections, manage defects, and oversee project close-out activities. Your Skills: Experience in utility-scale solar project management. Solid experience in reporting and documentation control. Strong knowledge of construction procedures, safety regulations, and contract management. 5 years' experience in engineering, construction, or renewable energy. Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
