Warehouse Coordinator (Administration) — Forrestfield, Kalamunda Area

About the role: The Warehouse Coordinator Administration is responsible for managing all warehouse support matters including data entry into operating systems. Specific responsibilities include: Accountable for pick journals (raising, printing, prioritizing, posting and archiving) and the distribution for Operations to pick. Ensuring overhauled assets, components and aftermarket parts are accurately delivered in operating system. Accountable for developing the warehouse performance scorecard and publishing of it on a monthly basis. Management of all warehouse related safety and compliance registers, for example safety interactions, forklift tickets, 5S check lists. Accountable for all entries associated with the booking back into the warehouse, all un-used or non-consumed inventory. Lead or participate in all Warehouse related transformation activity or improvement projects. About you: Operation systems experience (AX or D365) highly regarded. 3 years in a similar role. Experience working in a manufacturing, heavy maintenance or supply chain environment. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and communicate across all levels of the business. Process and deadline driven with the ability to work well under pressure.
