The Role You will be responsible for : Develop and review policies, programs and procedures concerning customer relations and goods and services provided. Ensure operational efficiency within the company. Provide direction and feedback to team members and assist with recruitment. Manage, motivate and develop team members providing customer services. Plan and implement after-sales services to follow up customer satisfaction, ensure performance of goods purchased, and modify and improve services provided. Liaising with other organisational units, service agents and customers to identify and respond to customer expectations. Answer calls and manage emails as required and handle excalations to support the team. Develop good relationship with customer. Oversee accurate and on time order processing/ data entry and general administration. Ability to understand and familiarize refrigeration products and services. Make ongoing recommendations to management for improvements of processes and procedures and achieve continuous improvement. Ideal Profile You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service role, ideally within the Other Services industry. You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
