A little taste of your day-to-day: Creating our dishes with pride to exceed our diner's expectations Taking ownership for your workstation - keeping on top of supplies, equipment and waste Being cleaner than clean to meet or exceed local cleanliness and hygiene laws Offering prep support to the kitchen team Taking on other ad-hoc duties like a true team player where we all pitch in What we need from you: Previous chef experience at Commis, Demi or CdP level with a broad cuisine knowledge Trade qualification is essential Ability to work in a busy kitchen as part of a team who works together with the Food & Beverage team The strength to lift, push and pull big objects up to 23kg, which can involve bending and kneeling Availability to work varied shifts across 7 days, including nights and public holidays Working rights to work in Australia (unfortunately sponsorship is not an option) What you can expect from us: We give our people everything they need to succeed.
