About the role Liaising with clients; Matter management to keep the team on top of their deadlines; Attending to time entries, expense reconciliation, processing third party invoices and reporting; Preparation of documents including letters, contracts and general correspondence; General administrative duties such as document management and travel bookings; Email and diary management; and Assisting with high volume, and at times, complex billing and matter opening.
