Retail Brand Manager — Noble Park, Greater Dandenong

Enhance E&S's brand presence and sales performance through strategic implementation of marketing initiatives The Opportunity We are seeking a Marketing professional who is highly organised, process driven, cares about the details and is passionate about all things marketing This broad ranging role is a hybrid role (2 days wfh) located in Noble Park working as part of a small team and reporting directly to our Head of Marketing. This is a 12 month fixed term contract position. What you can expect as a Retail Brand Manager Collaborating with senior leadership to develop a comprehensive 12-month marketing plan. Leading the development and implementation of annual supplier brand activation calendars aligned with our marketing strategy. Managing end-to-end new product introduction campaigns across various channels. Overseeing the production and delivery of tactical brand and Local Area Marketing (LAM) campaigns. Promoting and managing pre and post-demonstration programs to enhance customer engagement. Driving top-line sales growth through customer-centric brand campaign delivery. Maximizing advertising budget effectiveness and identifying additional advertising opportunities. Owning relationships with supplier brand marketing teams to develop mutually beneficial campaigns. Ensuring seamless execution of brand campaigns in-store by collaborating with Store Operations teams. Engaging with relevant stakeholders to minimize errors and maximize campaign success. Here’s what we’re looking for: 5 years relevant professional marketing roles Experience in retail or wholesale consumer goods marketing Demonstrated Leadership in implementation of successful integrated marketing campaigns An individual who is self motivated with strengths in time management, prioritisation and multi-tasking in a rapidly changing environment.
