ABOUT THE ROLE Working as part of Melbourne Operations, the Warehouse Team Leader will be integral to this small Australian-owned business. Handling aspects of the warehouse process, including receiving, stock allocation, stock picking, dispatch coordination, and guiding a small team. Working with a range of SKUs, attention to detail, and precision will be critical attributes for the successful candidate. DUTIES • Prioritise orders for the picking, collating, checking, and palletising in readiness for their collection • Ensures all goods are suitably packed and labelled (Con Notes, etc.) and secured before pickup to mitigate any damage, loss, or injury whilst in transit ahead of delivery to their destination • Managing incoming goods, ensuring each product is inspected, receipted, and appropriately stored away • Ensures the accuracy of all stock items such that respective physical stock levels reflect those in the operating system SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • Must be collaborative in nature yet have tenacity and drive. Many decisions will be made in a team environment • Has an eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate and complete records • Experience working in a warehouse with a high-volume of goods • Is highly motivated, self-directed and has good time management skills • Licensed and proficient forklift operator COMPANY CULTURE Join an Australian-owned business that is robust with systems processes.
