We're searching for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join us on our mission to be the trades most valued partner. About the role This is a fantastic role in our property team, which has responsibility for leading the scope and delivery of property projects for the group, which includes band new build sites and internal fit outs. You'll be managing a number of commercial build projects at any one time, leading from discovery to delivery, ensuring safety and company standards being met throughout. Key responsibilities range from project managing the delivery, maintaining budgeting, project plans, reporting and relevant documentation. About you You are an experienced Project Manager who has worked in the medium to large scale commercial retail in the construction sector, with solid experience managing due diligence on greenfield and brownfield sites. You will be confident managing tenders, contract development and negotiation. We are seeking someone who is tech savvy, with good working knowledge of Microsoft including MS Projects, Teams and Outlook along with Adobe Pro. A great team player who enjoys building relationships, and has strong organisation and planning skills to help them juggle competing priorities. Reece is a place where people make a real difference.
