Key Responsibilities: Manage maintenance department to meet financial, production, and EH&S objectives. Analyze information and recommend improvement plans. Provide technical support to maintenance personnel. Oversee projects to ensure timely completion within budget constraints. Lead the drive towards achieving Zero LTI’s. Key Requirements: Strong management skills with a trade or professional background in engineering. Experience in both plastics & extrusion Ability to respond quickly to the needs of a 24-hour day operation. Exposure to Lean Manufacturing Principles. Proficiency in Pronto and Intermediate Excel/Outlook/Word.
