About the role We are searching for several motivated, caring, and compassionate part-time disability support workers to work two to three shifts per week, including sleep overs, with a client in the Jewells area. Our client, a woman in her thirties, is looking for female support workers who will be able to support her with household chores, meal preparation, personal care, and other daily living activities. You must be able to reliable and committed to providing consistency and building trust with our client. Our client has ASD level three and so we require candidates to be resilient and have several years of experience with a demonstrated understanding of the support required for someone with complex needs. This experience can be professional or lived experience. Mental health experience or qualifications are also highly desirable in this role. Due to our experience requirements, this role will pay at Level 2, PayPoint 4 of the SCHADS award. This role involves working in collaboration with allied health supports and a BSP clinician, to create the right environment and providing therapeutic support under a person-centred framework How to apply Please attach your updated resume and cover letter outlining how you meet the requirements of the position.
