This person will be dynamic, a self-starter, motivated, results-driven, and high performing. The successful candidate, with a clear understanding of the fundamentals of value-based selling, will play the lead role in identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities to drive company growth, and therefore will play a key and influential part of their organisation. Responsibilities: Create & nurture a strong industry network with customers, potential customers, and consultants Identify & pursue new business opportunities in the warehouse automation sector; Develop & maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, lead generation, and networking; Develop & implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets; Be the external face of the company with full customer ownership responsibilities; Define win strategies to develop comprehensive, compelling, and competitive proposals; and Manage all stages of the bid process to ensure a winning submission. Requirements: Proven track record of sales growth, ideally to large manufacturing, FMCG or retail customers for warehousing solutions; Energetic, high level of initiative and competitive self-starter. Motivated by finding new opportunities; Commercially strong who understands the art of sales. Highly intelligent with customer interactions; Demonstrated experience in finding and winning new business and meeting or exceeding sales targets; and Able to prioritise and effectively manage sales pressure.
