They are a big player in the local government construction space and recently gaining a foothold in the hospitality/aged care space and need someone who can hit the ground running with plenty of support available from the director and a very inclusive place to work in terms of it’s work life balance and general working arrangements. Skills: Commercial estimating experience 3-5 years estimating experience with Cubit or similar software 3-5 years project management experience in new builds, renovations, and D&C projects Background in project management/engineering or trade with site-based knowledge Ability to prepare and submit tenders to clients Strong time management and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Projects, Word, Excel) Capability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing deadlines Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation Understanding of construction accounting and project management software (BuilderTrend or similar) Australian residency for work eligibility If you're looking for your next career step APPLY NOW
