THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking a skilled and experienced front of house supervisor to join our dynamic team at Shell House Menzies Bar & Bistro. The kitchen is led by Chef Joel Bickford and Chef Danny Corbet to create a unique bistro style experience in centre of Sydney's CBD. You will be joining some of the industry’s leading professionals to help shape the business for continued success. The venue trades from Monday to Saturday only, so Sundays are always yours to spend with friends and family. Casual and full-time positions to the right candidates. ABOUT YOU You are passionate about great customer service and enjoy the interaction with customers. You want to be part of a vibrant and friendly team, who support each other to consistently deliver a high level of guest expectations and service. You have sound wine knowledge. You have interest in product and have extensive product knowledge. You have had at least 3 years’ experience as a Head Waiter/Supervisor in a bistro or restaurant setting.
