Customer Service Representative — Scoresby, Knox Area

Working for a worldwide marketer and distributor of consumer products, we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join a high-performing team for a 6-month period. Located in Scoresby, this key role will require you to create an extraordinary customer experience and deliver incredible customer satisfaction. In addition, your versatility will require you to provide administrative duties when required. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader your duties will include: Inbound and outbound phone duties Developing a strong rapport with internal and external customers Order processing and data entry Assisting customers with pricing, product availability, and order tracking Running reports on orders Liaising with the warehouse and transport companies Keeping up to date with new product releases General administration duties To be considered for this position you will possess the following: Possess a strong customer focus Competent In using MS Office applications.
