We are currently partnering with a large global organisation in the consumer goods space. Our client is looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. In this role, you will be the frontline connection between customers and products. Your role will involve answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing product information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
