Due to ongoing growth and commitment to excellence, our client is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Administrator to join their Adelaide team. Job Description: We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator who excels in record keeping and managing logistic processes, including inbound and outbound operations. This role involves significant responsibility for maintaining accurate records and providing timely updates to customers. The ideal candidate will support the daily operations under the guidance of the Warehouse Manager and have the opportunity to assist in various management tasks. Day to day: Manage and maintain accurate records of warehouse operations, including stock levels, inbound and outbound shipments. Provide updates to customers regarding shipment statuses and resolve any queries related to logistics processes. Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing the warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies. Collaborate with other team members to support overall department goals and objectives. Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) effectively; experience with CargoWise is highly advantageous. Prepare reports and documentation related to warehouse operations as needed. We are looking for: Proven experience in a warehousing or logistics environment with a strong emphasis on record keeping and administration. Familiarity with warehouse management systems; experience with CargoWise will be considered an asset. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills and the capability to provide high-quality customer service. Understanding of the operational flow within a warehouse setting, including stock management, and inbound and outbound logistics. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
