The city also hosts various festivals, markets, and events throughout the year adding to its lively atmosphere' Job Description As part of a multidisciplinary team, plans, implements, coordinates and evaluates Social Work services to consumers and their families/significant others in the clinical specialty area of Older Adult Mental Health, using advanced Social Work clinical practice skills from a recovery orientated, trauma informed and positive aging perspective. Plans, implements and evaluates consumer safety and quality of care. Supervises Social Work staff, students and support staff in the unit/clinical area, coordinates duties and manages performance. This is a recruitment pool for Older Adult Mental Health Community, Inpatient and Hospital in the Home Teams for permanent full time, permanent part time, fixed term full time, fixed term part time and casual appointments. Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 31/08/2024.
