Our client, a leading provider of healthcare equipment and assistive technology for Hospitals, Residential Aged-Care Facilities, Home & Community Care is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to commence immediately at their showroom located in Geelong. What's on offer? Ongoing casual role with view to perm Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm Geelong location $32.73 per hour Your duties will include but are not limited to: Providing exceptional support to customers in the retail outlet regarding products, sales and services Upselling and cross-selling products and solutions to best suit the customers' requirements Be proactive in developing and maintaining product knowledge Processing of orders and payments Liaising with the warehouse and sales representatives Handle customer enquiries and customer complaints Basic administration and computer skills To be successful in these roles you will require the following skills: Previous customer service and/or retail sales experience An understanding of the company's product range and place in the market The ability to multitask and work in a busy environment Excellent communication skills Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and basic CRM software Bubbly and energetic approach to work The successful candidate will have a passion for great customer service and have a positive bright attitude.
