As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities connecting with senior decision makers to drive sales. Develop and execute sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals. Read CAD designs and provide storage solutions, installations for racking systems. Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and other relevant documentation to senior management. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities. About you: Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the Manufacturing, Warehouse or Industrial sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue and profitability.
