We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Technician to join our team Responsibilities of the role include: Conduct site inspection to gather and analyse relevant data, assist Civil Engineers in planning and construction of building projects and provide technical support to them. Use professional drawing software to assist Civil Engineers in preparing rough sketches of architectural project plans and construction drawings. Estimate project costs, prepare material lists, quantity lists and cost plans. Conduct experiments and on-site testing of soil, asphalt and other building materials to ensure that construction meets requirement. Supervise the progress and construction quality of the site, promptly and effectively resolved technical issues encountered on-site, and minimize potential project delays and related costs. Inspect safety measure during construction and conduct regular quality inspections of the project to ensure compliance with safety requirements and quality standards. Keep abreast with new industry standards, emerging building technologies, and best practices in civil engineering and sustainable construction. To be successful in this key role, you must have Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or related field At least 3 years of relevant experience Solid civil knowledge foundation desirably with site management experience Proficiency in engineering software Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and passion for safety, environment and quality of work
