Customer Service Receptionist/ Front Desk Administrator — Balga, Stirling Area

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Receptionist / Front Desk Administrator to be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. The Role: As a Customer Service Receptionist/ Front Desk Administrator, you will be pivotal in managing interactions with our clients, providing exceptional service, and supporting our office’s administrative needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities include greeting and directing visitors, handling incoming calls, manage participant appointments and resolving any client disputes with tact and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanour. Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt and accurate communication. Handle customer disputes and complaints with effective problem-solving skills. Perform administrative duties including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and processing documentation. Support Career Consultants with various administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency. About You: Proven experience in customer service or reception roles. Strong dispute management and resolution skills. Excellent administrative abilities with attention to detail. Superb communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office equipment.
