Excellent work culture and employee benefits Key Responsibilities: Logistics Warehouse Cost Control (Warehouse) Supervise Daily FC Activities: Maximize efficiency, minimize staff overtime. Roster Management: Create and manage warehouse staff rosters. Data Analysis: Analyse logistics data for productivity and loss prevention Operational Policies: Implement and oversee warehouse operational policies. Inventory Control: Manage inventory, quality assurance, and logistics productivity. Equipment Overall Safety: Ensure effective and safe warehouse equipment use. Staff Management: Motivate, discipline, and ensure staff safety. Record Keeping: Maintain documentation and accurate warehouse records. Adhoc Reporting: Manage adhoc reporting and analysis for Operations group. Project Reporting: Report and control costs on project implementations Assist Deliveries: Assist with deliveries as needed. About You: Previous relevant experience in a similar role and/or industry Ability to work autonomously and in a team. Customer service, time management, organisational, and administration skills Computer literacy (Microsoft Office), Word and Excel. Knowledge of SAP system would be advantageous.
