About the role If you have previous experience as an ICT Service Desk Engineer, this is a great opportunity to join one of Australia’s leading social purpose organisations. You will join a fast paced ICT service desk team who are supportive, customer focused with a strong team ethos. This is a permanent full time position, location flexible. There may be occasions when you will need to perform on-call or remote work based on a roster. Key Responsibilities Provide operational support for all ICT equipment Provide first level operational support for all ICT applications Maintain the availability, security, integrity, performance and enhancements of the ICT technology environment Ensure assets are documented and managed within the appropriate systems Ensure continuous improvement of ICT services, practices and processes in line with industry advances to ensure that the business remains competitive with best in class ICT services. Skills & Experience Demonstrated IT service desk experience Proven communication, customer service and interpersonal skills Customer service focus with an understanding of client expectations Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
