Why Your Role Matters: The School of Engineering and Technology was established in July, 2023. Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, the School Support Assistant is a short term role to assist in the start-up of the new school and its systems and culture transition. Responsibilities: As the School Support Assistant you will provide general support to the School’s leadership team. You will consistently provide high-quality general support, ensuring customer-focused service at all times during the reform period. You will actively participate in asset stocktake, purchasing, and asset delivery, including mail services. Additionally, you will contribute to monitoring stock levels, fleet management, waste recycling, and building access management initiatives throughout the reform period. Who You Are: Our ideal candidate will have: A certificate or equivalent combination of qualifications and work experience. Basic organisational skills including ability to prioritise tasks and duties in order to meet deadlines. Attention to detail and ability to provide effective customer service and support to clients at all levels. The ability to perform written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a team.
