Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive power systems analysis to evaluate grid integration and performance of wind power projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize electrical systems for wind farms, ensuring compliance with grid codes and standards. Perform technical evaluations and feasibility studies to support project development and implementation. Provide expertise in power systems engineering to optimize wind turbine performance and reliability. Develop and implement control strategies to enhance grid stability and maximize energy production. Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies to address potential operational challenges and failures. Support project commissioning and testing activities, ensuring successful integration with the grid. Provide technical guidance and support to operational wind farms, troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance. Stay informed about industry developments and advancements in power systems engineering, incorporating best practices into project designs and processes. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address technical challenges and drive continuous improvement. Participate in technical reviews and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical training as needed to support team development and knowledge transfer. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in power systems analysis and design, preferably in the renewable energy sector. Strong proficiency in power systems software tools and simulation techniques such as PSS/E, PSCAD, DIgSILENT, etc. Demonstrated knowledge of grid codes, standards, and regulations relevant to wind power integration. Experience with wind turbine technology and control systems is highly desirable. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
