Full-Time, permanent position available (38 hours per week) Entry level role Free staff parking Training provided Supportive, friendly, and caring culture Opportunity to progress internally About the Role As what we call a Rover you will be the first point of contact at our operations. This position is responsible for greeting our customer upon their arrival at our rental location. In this position you will assist with the check-in of the renter's vehicle and vehicle details. Key responsibilities will include: Great customer in a friendly manner and help expedite the rental car return process to help get customers on their way. Assess vehicle for any potential new damages and report it as per Avis Budget Group's vehicle damage procedure. Review returned vehicle gas levels and car kilometres while accurately inputting them into our hand-held devices when needed. Assist with the shuttling of vehicles when required. What we're looking for This casual position that requires availability of 38 hours per week across 5 days per week where you will be scheduled to work during our operations hours which is Monday - Sunday 6am to 11pm Applicants must have a full and valid driver's licence. A customer-focused, collaborative and adaptable approach to work each day. Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.
