Reporting to the Windows Server Team Lead, the role will involve; Ticket Management (ITIL) using ServiceNow and triaging of enquiries and requests from both internal and external clients. Assisting clients to resolve moderately complex requests and enquiries regarding Windows Server & VMware vSphere platforms. Assisting with improving system reliability, quality, and security through monitoring, reporting and fault resolution on supported platforms. About You You will thrive on delivering a high-quality service that goes above and beyond your clients' expectations. You will be proactive, and a keen learner and you will also have; Experience and knowledge of Windows Server 2016 R2 up to and including Windows Server 2022, VMware vSphere v6.5 up to v7 and PowerShell scripting language. Proficient problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and solve moderately complex technical problems.
