About the Role: As an Administration Officer, you'll serve as a frontline ambassador, facilitating smooth day-to-day operations by assisting students, staff, and visitors. From managing communications to ensuring compliance with safety protocols, your pivotal role will be vital in maintaining efficiency and organisation within our team. With your meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach, you'll make a significant contribution to the seamless functioning of our office. Responsibilities include, but not limited to; Assist contractors, parents, and visitors with sign-in procedures and provide directions as needed. Operate phone systems, manage messages, and serve as the primary point of contact for enquiries. Generate and manage WAAPs, ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety protocols. Manage deliveries, log lost property items, and initiate communication with parents for retrieval. Assist with sick bay management, student medical files, and administration of student medication. Handle daily mail duties, including sorting, distribution, and filing. Coordinate the closure and filing of completed WAAPs and maintenance reports. Provide support by relieving other office staff when necessary. Please refer to the attached role description for any mandatory requirements for this position.
