Use your strong dealership admin skills to develop the team with this large equipment dealer Our client is a long established dealer network in Brisbane in the agriculture and construction equipment sectors. Employing close to 100 staff in Queensland they are a family owned success story and are continuing to grow. A newly created role is available at their head office, south of Brisbane. This role will see the successful candidate leading the sales administration team, with a focus on implementation of processes and efficiencies, and mentoring your team located in 5 different branches. Key Accountabilities: Mentoring and leadership of your team Creating and Implementation of processes to support sales activities Focus on continuous improvements via automated systems and solutions Ensure a seamless process in relation to equipment sales/deal packs Work to ensure your team are effectively trained and supported in their roles Experience: Solid administration or stock control experience in a dealership environment Sound leadership capabilities with the ability to mentor and develop your team High levels of attention to detail Strong computer literacy with a focus on utilising IT programs to benefit the sales administration process Benefits: Working for a family owned business that truly cares about their employees success and growth Monday - Friday role - with some flexibility around start and finish times Enjoy working for a market leader with strong foundations and expertise A close knit and proactive team, with growth opportunities A solid salary based on experience will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
