APS 6 Program and Debt Management Administration — Canberra Region, Australian Capital Territory

The Role Hudson has partnered with a high-profile government department looking for two suitably experienced candidates to support existing teams to carry out program management and debt administration functions. Roles are based in Canberra, Adelaide, Melbourne or Brisbane and expected to start in early May 2024. Duties: Role 1 - Administering debt management policies, including processing and analysing data, raising debts in an online system, liaising with childcare service providers, and managing the repayment of debts. Role 2 - Supporting wider program management functions including responding to queries, identifying program issues and supporting their resolution, managing shared mailboxes, and maintaining internal and external guidance and communication products. The person we are seeking is: Role 1 - the ideal candidate will have experience with online case management system data processing and analysis skills, ability to prioritise and effectively manage their time, strong teamwork skills, hold a baseline clearance or be able to obtain one. Role 2 - the ideal candidate will have strong written communication skills, experience in managing shared mailboxes, ability to prioritise and effectively manage their time, have strong stakeholder management skills, strong teamwork skills, hold a baseline clearance or be able to obtain one. Experience with of knowledge of Australia's early childhood education and care system (including the childcare subsidy program) would be favourable.
