Project Administrator Tower Cranes & Hoists (NSW) — Barangaroo, Sydney

Hourigan Visa Migration Services Pty Ltd Our client, The Murrina Group, is seeking a Project administration to plan and undertake administration of organisational programs, special projects and support services. Benefits A competitive salary is offered between $70,000 and $90,000 depending upon qualifications and experience. Task & Responsibilities Daily maintenance & execution of high-end planning of our fleet of Tower Cranes, Hoists and other equipment at our St Marys facility. • Working directly with project and senior managers to Plan and execute all Murrina’s’ Projects in NSW. • Have a total commitment to safe work practices related to Tower Cranes & Hoists • Communicate and document all steps of the project with stakeholders. • Ensure all communications and actions are properly formalised and followed-up until they get closed out. • Initiate meetings and discussion in order to discuss the best outcomes for the projects. • Be proactive and upfront with clients when stages of the project may be delayed or affected for unforeseen reasons. Discuss your intended communication/feedback with your manager prior to execution. • Liaise with internal and external team members in order to ensure deliveries are on time. • Take ownership to meet project deadlines. • Be present, when possible, for major activities such as but not limited to crane & hoist installs / dismantles / climbs, etc. • Notifying the relevant personnel (TMG and Project) of any issues that may arise. • Train and Supervise interns as required. • Attending meetings when required. • Flexibility of working hours • Create standard documentation for project delivery for cranes and hoists • Maintain impeccable paperwork traceability for all activities executed (site or Yard), as well as ensure our preferred suppliers comply with TMG minimum standards. • Work in conjunction with the Operations Team to create and improve Quality Control documentation so we ensure we are using the best practices and following OEM recommendations. • Complete and keep meeting minutes, agendas up to date on daily basis. • Work with the OEMs of JASO and ALIMAK to ensure a responsive and ongoing relationship that supports the projects in the field and in the yards. • Embrace and maintain The Murrina Group values. Qualification & Experience Have an AQF Diploma or higher qualifications, or equivalent At least two years relevant work experience Take initiative to resolve issues as they arise. Construction Project Management background with experience in Operations (fast paced environment) Competent in utilising IT systems to record the activities and keep traceability Strong demonstratable skills in Operations. Leadership, direction, responsibility, accountability. Conflict Management, negotiation, organisation and decision making. Dependable, deadline orientated, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
