Work alongside our APAC Customer Retention team and gain exposure to internal operations within a global software technology company. You will assist the team in Adelaide and can expect to perform the following tasks: Read and assign tickets to the appropriate retention specialist, based on the market (country/ language spoken) and status of their license Create opportunities from tickets and assign them to the correct retention specialists Send first touch emails to customers to collect initial details before assigning the case to a retention specialist Work within our ERP (enterprise resource planning) system to amend prices on licenses for renewal Ad hoc administrative tasks to assist the team as required
