The Role As a part of their continued growth, they are looking for a Junior / Mid-Level Utilities Engineer / Coordinator to further depth to their 15-strong team. You will receive mentoring under some of the most well-known names in the industry and be given ample opportunities to grow and develop whilst adding your own passion for creativity and innovation. The Responsibilities You will undertake engineering designs of underground utilities for major infrastructure projects. Your overarching responsibilities will include: Coordination with all design disciplines Report writing Project management Commercial management Review and management of designers and CAD teams Apply QA standards and procedures to projects Design of 3D utility assets Automation of digital design Production of federated 3D models Clash analysis The Requirements This is a key hire for the business that offers excellent growth and development opportunities. In return, you will demonstrate: 2 years of post-graduate experience working as a Utilities Engineer / have exposure to utilities design for an engineering design consultancy Ability to think outside the square and innovate Experience in utility coordination and management Knowledge of 12d or Civil 3d Excellent report writing Ability to problem solve and provide innovative solutions Understanding of BIM protocols for LOD and attributing utility assets Utilisation of automation of utilities works in Dynamo or 12d would be highly regarded Understanding of QGIS or ARCGIS This is an exciting opportunity to challenge yourself, build your reputation and a legacy in the industry.
