Location: St John XXIII Catholic College (Secondary),St John XXIII Catholic College (Primary) St John XXIII Catholic College is seeking an Administration Officer to support the business and clerical requirements of the College. Ongoing Part-Time: 70hrs per fortnight Monday to Friday 8.00am to 3.30pm Duties will be varied but include:  Administration, Secretarial and clerical duties (including typing, word processing, data entry, maintaining computerised records, database information, Google applications; Reception duties and responding to enquiries from students, parents, employees and the general public.  The successful applicant will have excellent oral and written communication skills and sound organisational and time management skills. They will also have the ability to liaise effectively and professionally with a range of stakeholders.  The successful candidate will have the ability to use a range of programs (or the capacity to learn) including:  Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel Google suite COMPASS capabilities (desirable but not essential) It is desirable for the successful candidate to have the following: Knowledge of Student Enrolment processes  Attention to detail Meet set deadlines Confidentiality Strong computer knowledge & skills First Aid certificate Previous school administration background Collaborative and autonomous working   The successful applicant will be expected to be supportive of the Catholic ethos of the school.  We invite applicants who are interested in joining a vibrant, dynamic and exciting working environment.
