The Systems Administrator will be responsible for the provision of prompt resolution of BAU and maintenance-related tasks across various platforms and technologies. Along with the above, this role will: Manage internal infrastructure including VMWare, SANs, routers, switches, firewalls, and security updates. Oversee Microsoft O365, Azure, and Exchange. Administer Windows Servers (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, IIS, Group Policy, Security Permissions). Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies (Veeam preferred). Provide intermediate SQL support. Configure and manage firewalls (Palo-Alto preferred). Handle networking, configuration, and support for switching and routing equipment. Vmware,OKTA (or other IAM) support. Enhance system monitoring and ensure documentation is up-to-date. Contribute to IT projects as needed. You will be considered if you can demonstrate Proven experience as a System Administrator managing complex infrastructure. Highly skilled in the management of Windows Servers, O365, Azure and Exchange. Strong Networking foundational knowledge and experience. (Ruckus desirable) Ability to uphold the environment security, addressing risks proactively through monitoring and incident response. Linux OS Experience working in an ITIL environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
