The Spark Consortium's Design and Construction Contractor - which comprises Webuild, CPB Contractors, GS Engineering and Construction and China Construction Oceania - will deliver the twin three-lane tunnels and key interchanges for the project. The Central Package will be delivered as a Public Private Partnership and provides three-lane twin tunnels that will close the missing link in Melbourne's freeway network from the M80 Ring Road to an upgraded Eastern Freeway, reducing journey times and diverting heavy vehicles away from local roads. Up to 135,000 vehicles will use North East Link every day, reducing congestion in the north-east while maintaining local roads. About the Opportunity As a Contract Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing and overseeing the contractual aspects of our operations. You will work closely with various teams and manage the administration of all subcontractor and supplier contracts within prescribed cost limits. All this while ensuring the contracts are well-drafted, compliant, and effectively administered. Your attention to detail and organization will contribute to the success of our projects and relationships. This role will be accountable for: Effectively managing the administration of all subcontract and supplier contracts. Managing the financial administration for the project. Managing the site office administration for the project. Assisting the Project Manager in the preparation and review of the project monthly report including providing workings completed, program and cost data. Developing and managing own work schedule to deliver required outputs to expected quality and within timeframes. Negotiate contract terms, conditions and pricing and follow up to ensure execution according to the negotiated terms Minimum requirements for this role are: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Economics / Law / Business Ability to build rapport and manage relationships. The ability to work in as part of a team.
