Product Support Administrator//Digital Products — Sydney CBD, Sydney

About the role This role's main function is to support, maintain and administer the systems that form the product solution architecture for Wilson Parking. The role will be an SME (subject matter expert) on all parking systems and will support the product set-up for pre-booking, session, subscription and other parking solutions. In addition, this role will assist in troubleshooting complex customer issues to identify technology and process improvement opportunities. Working as part of the Retail team, you will be a key contributor to maintain and deliver our products and solutions. You will work closely with the customer support teams to identify common issues and report these to the wider product team.
