About the facility Barwon Health’s McKellar Centre is located only minutes from the centre of Geelong. GEM at Home is a bed substitution model that supports people with multiple and complex care needs to be assessed, treated and managed at home. About the role You will provide administrative support for the planning and delivery of a high quality, flexible service with the support of a dedicated team. You will be responsible for the administrative tasks of the program with support from the Nurse Unit Manager.
